Gaggia RI8157 40
The Gaggia RI8157/40 is a high quality coffee machine with a stainless steel body, high pressure pump unit and professional grade filter. The barista styled coffee maker produces a fine espresso in just under fifteen seconds. The coffee maker has a frother for steaming milk to produce lattes and cappuccinos. This model includes the highly acclaimed three way solenoid valve which assists in spreading the pressure and steam over the entire surface of the coffee meaning an even spread of temperature. This reduces the chances of hotspotsand burnt coffee and produces a fuller flavour from the ground coffee beans. The RI8157/40 can be used with ESE coffee pods which are like coffee tea bags and make it even easier to clean. Gaggia have been operating in the coffee maker since they filed a patent in nineteen thirty eight which showed their innovative pressure driven coffee makers. At the time it was revolutionary and the company went from strength to strength. Expanding out of Italy and across the world.
