The Bialetti Moka Express is a traditional coffee maker from Italy. the Moka express is still a best seller around Europe today. The Bialetti Moka works by filling the bottom section with water. A filter is placed on top which is filled with ground coffee, another filter is added on top and the top section goes above this. The espresso maker is heated from below and steam pushes up through the coffee producing a classic espresso in the traditional style.
