Laura has been involved in the UK coffee maker market for nearly fifteen years in one way or another and we are delighted to have her on the buy a coffee maker team.
After a good look online I decided it was time to get a independent review on buycoffeemaker.co.uk for the Bialetti Moka Express Traditional. I was really happy with how fool proof this was to work and how much hassle I saved by the coffee makers intuitive functionality. The traditional design has been used since the nineteen thirties and is pretty sound. The water in the bottom steams up through coffee and fills the top half of the coffee maker. It looks and feels robust and manufactured to a high standard.
This is a example of a high quality coffee maker by La Cafetiere, who are a big player in the European coffee maker market. At £22.50 at time of writing (April 2010) this offers remarkable value for money. To conclude it is a really super coffee maker for someone looking for a traditional coffee maker without the buttons and milk frothers.
